Adults take 1-2 tablets daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Store in a tightly closed, light-resistant container in a cool, dry place. Do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a physician. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if are taking any prescription medications.

The liver is one of the primary organs involved in lipid metabolism, including the synthesis of fatty acids and lipoproteins. Choline bitartrate is a source of choline, an important nutrient that supports healthy liver function, such as the production and transport of VLDL from the liver.
Niacin occurs in the body as two metabolically active coenzymes, NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) and NADP (NAD phosphate). These coenzymes have pervasive roles in energy-related and biosynthetic metabolic processes. The inositol hexaniacinate form of niacin in Lipotrol™ does not elicit the skin flushing signs of nicotinic acid.
Lipotrol™ contains citrus bioflavonoids, a class of phytochemicals that are potent antioxidants, to scavenge many potentially damaging free radicals. The digestive enzymes bromelain and papain are also included.
All Douglas Laboratories products are GMO-free. All allergens are disclosed on the label in accordance with Health Canada labeling guidelines for the 11 major allergens: eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, seafood, sesame, soy, sulphites, tree nuts, wheat and gluten.
